YUMWA spreads some Christmas Cheer

This Friday 11th December YUMWA are going to spread a simple message of thanks to some of the workers who help make this time of year so festive – the retail and hospitality workers doing Friday late night trading in the CBD.

We’ve got 300 candy canes to say “Thanks for working at this busy time” and we want to get them out to workers around the Murray street mall, blitz style – so we need elf helpers!

Spare an hour of your time to hand out in shops and cafes around the city, then join us for a drink at PICA Bar from 6pm or sample some delicious food at the twilight hawkers markets in Forrest Place.

Wear a Build A Better Future tshirt if you have one, and if not feel free to let Laura know and she will  bring you one!

We also have some Santa and Elf hats although feel free to add your own elvish costume.
