News News Business ad campaign 'taken over' by Liberals
The Federal Opposition has accused the Liberal Party of hijacking a business advertising campaign which supports the Government's industrial relations legislation.  It has been revealed that Coalition pollster Mark Textor has been asked to devise the campaign to run before the election. Labor's Bob McMullan says he supports the business sector's right to enter the debate but he is concerned about the way it is being done. "Nobody will complain about a legitimate business campaign, but I think every Australian should know that this $6 million campaign is being taken over by the Liberal party," he said. "I know a lot of business people are concerned about [it] and I know a lot of Australians will be concerned if they discover it."
