Protecting Sunday Penalty Rates in Pearce

This is urgent.  From 1 July 2017, some of the lowest paid working people in WA will face a pay cut to their Sunday penalty rates. Next week the federal Parliament will consider a Bill to protect the Sunday penalty rates. This week we got some really important media coverage on the impact of these pay cuts. Now we need to take that message local and repeat, repeat. So we are now targeting the suburban newspapers and robbo-calls will be going out across Pearce. If you can spare an hour or so to distribute these flyers in the key marginal electorate of Pearce, please complete your details below.  Join us on Sunday to collect your flyers, meet UnionsWA Secretary, Meredith Hammat, and hear a short briefing on our work to defeat the cuts to penalty rates. Of course, if you can't join us on Sunday, but you can help, just give me a call (0432 867 152) and I will arrange to get the material to you.
